Current Projects

The practice continues to be busy on various projects including:

  • Extension and restoration of an historic listed gate house
  • development of a community based sports facility
  • development of small scale housing scheme in the Lake District
  • Continuing contract administration for the repairs and restoration to an historic town hall
  • Continuing site inspections for individual new house in South Cumbria
  • Initial designs to extend a local hotel
  • development of  extending living accommodation to a Grade II* building
