Two House Development Gleaston

The development of a brown field site in a small village to achieve for the client a house to live in and a house to sell. The site had the remains of a historic building that resulted in the need for an archaeological survey

Conversion and Extension of Coach House to Small Office

Project Description:

Obtaining Planning Permission for change of use to office including extending the property in two directions followed by achieving Building Regulation Approval

Extension to farmhouse, Bouth

Project Description:

Creating extensive family accommodation by extending and altering the existing farmhouse. The brief included the planning requirement to work within the design parameters of a traditional barn appearance whilst allowing the principle rooms to take advantage of the northern aspect from the plot into the open Lakeland valley.
